Rollers are available with “contactless” seals ideal for clean and long conveyors or with “hermetic” seals that are suited to shorter, dirtier conveyors.
A variety of bearing brands (SKF, LFD, FAG or other) can be used in various sealing configurations (Open, ZZ or 2RS)

Most roller configurations can be supplied as unidirectional anti- runback rollers, that if correctly installed will stop a snapped belt on a conveyor incline.

Rollers can be made to suit weightometers ensuring a close TIR (Total Indicated Runout) as well as dynamic balance to G16 of ISO-1940

Steel rollers can be lagged with rubber or polyurethane.

Steel rollers are standard painted with zinc based paint primer to protect the roller in transit and storage. Where the environmental conditions require it, rollers can be painted according to various client paint specifications.

Melco steel rollers are used on carry-and-return idlers as well as pipe conveyors.
